I picked up this leaf in the path on a walk up the mountain behind my house.

I have been thinking about ‘frames’. The way we frame things or select views of things by framing them – both intellectually or philosophically, our own view finder is our mental horizon. (We often don’t know that we are looking through one very small lense or frame.)

This was an uncanny leaf. I can’t think how it came to look like that – (unless specifically folded by an industrious beetle who was also trying to think more about aspects of seeing the whole.)
